Awards recognising our impact
At KPMG, serving our communities is core to our purpose and role as a corporate citizen. From our Inclusive Employment Initiative and Skills Training Program that equips new skills and opens new doors for persons with disabilities (PWDs), to a month-long series of engagement activities planned by our own employee volunteers as part of Giving Month, KPMG in Singapore is committed to building resilient communities.
We are extremely humbled and honoured to be recognised for our efforts as a Champions of Good organisation under the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre’s Company of Good programme. True credit goes to our employee volunteers who commit their time and skills to doing good.
We are humbled and honoured to receive the Enabling Mark (Silver) award, a national-level recognition for our workplace inclusivity strategies.
At KPMG in Singapore, we celebrate diversity of knowledge, skills and ability. Over the past 80 years, we have strived to build an environment where all our people feel included and valued. With continued commitment to our various efforts — from inclusive hiring and job redesign processes to mentorships and employment initiatives — we aim to promote diversity, equity and inclusion both in our firm and the wider community.
