KPMG Latvia Advises on Merger of Printful and Printify

A joint team of professionals from KPMG in Latvia and KPMG in the USA, assisted two Latvian technology companies, Printful and Printify, in consummating their merger in November. The KPMG team provided advice on financial, tax, HR, IT, legal, and other aspects. KPMG in Latvia specifically advised on tax-related matters.

The merger is expected to enable the companies to achieve new growth milestones and synergies.
