Since our founding, we have valued highly transparent communication. In our monthly all-hands meetings, management shares important updates on company operations and business matters. We also provide time for members to ask questions –  anonymously or openly – without restriction. Honest dialogue, including discussions on decision-making and suggestions for initiatives, is what sustains KIT’s culture.

KIT is characterized by a minimal organizational hierarchy, ensuring close proximity between management and team members. Feedback from the field reaches leadership in real time, and management’s vision is communicated directly to the team. From top to bottom, we work as one, aligned toward achieving our mission.
