      Recruitment Overview

      Work Location

       KPMG Ignition Tokyo, Inc.:

       *Please note: Depending on the nature of your work, you may be required to work at other KPMG offices.
         We currently follow a hybrid work model.

      Start Date

       We recruit year-round, but the start daye for the role will be wither be the first business day of the month or the 16th.

      Working Hours

       Standard working hours: 9:15 AM–5:15 PM (7 hours of prescribed working time, 1-hour break)

      Requirements

      • Must be 18 years or older and able to join after October 2025 (No restrictions on nationality, gender or age)
      • Japanese or English proficiency sufficient for business execution (Depending on the position, as a guideline: Japanese N1 level, TOEIC score around 800)

        * All interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams. We cannot disclose details such as the interview language, number of interviewers,  or questions to be asked.
       *The entire process typically takes about 1 to 1.5 months to complete.

      • Required:  Japanese Rirekisho, Japanese CV and English CV
      • Proof of English/Japanese proficiency level: TOEIC, IELTS, TOEFL scores, JLPT certificate (if available)
