What motivates you every day?
Nancy Schanda: My enthusiasm for my work at KPMG lies in the constantly changing and new challenges. Tax law is constantly changing. Every company has its own system landscapes and process worlds. I find it exciting to bring these ever-changing levels together - that's what drives me.

Nancy Schanda: Those who constantly reinvent themselves in the context of new tax laws and technologies remain fit for the future.
How do you make the difference?
Nancy Schanda: I am an experienced, resilient and accomplished lawyer, tax consultant and business economist specialising in IT. I am very good at combining the different dimensions of law, tax, administration and company organisation and creating something new at the interface between technology and tax.
