What motivates you every day?
I go to work motivated every day because my clients from the public sector shape the way we live together in Germany. Helping to do this fulfils my work with meaning and I enjoy it.

What does transformation mean to you?
The two biggest challenges in the public sector are digitalisation and a shortage of skilled workers. Initiating transformations in these areas initially means uncertainty for many. However, they are the basis for a successful future.
How do you make the difference?
On the path to more digitalisation, technical, but also organisational, personnel and tax dimensions are involved. Together with my colleagues, we first look at these individual dimensions separately and then put them together to form a big picture. This is how transformation works.
