What motivates you every day?

Mathias Winkler: What motivates me is the opportunity to constantly take on new tasks and projects. I enjoy working on solutions together with our customers and contributing my skills and experience.

What does transformation mean to you?

Mathias Winkler: It is easier to describe what transformation does not mean for me, namely giving up the identity of the company. It is important to me to transfer transformation to a new environment at an appropriate pace.

How do you make the difference?

Mathias Winkler: The collegial atmosphere within our company is particularly important to me, as we want to be successful as a team in order to provide our customers with the best possible support. I work on this every day. I also remain calm in stressful situations.
