Since joining the firm in 2020, Callum has led major financial services engagements while serving as lead partner on several global accounts. He is a member of the Group Board and holds several governance roles within the firm’s leadership structure. This appointment will see him join the Group’s Executive Committee. Before KPMG, he built his career at Accenture and UBS, leading large-scale transformation programmes across multiple markets.
Lisa Fernihough has been with KPMG for over 30 years and has led the UK and then Group Advisory function for the past two years. As well as steering the integration of the UK and Swiss practices, Lisa has delivered a significant period of transformation for Advisory, led on AI adoption, and achieved market leading recognition from industry and clients. Her new role as Vice Chair will see her focus shift to bringing the best of Advisory and the firm to its clients.
Callum starts his role on 1 July and will step down from his current Board position. Lisa will continue to support him for the rest of the financial year to ensure a smooth transition.
