KPMG Law continues to respond to a growing demand for its services in the real estate sector by bolstering its successful team with a raft of key hires.

2026 will also see the team continue to work closely with KPMG’s Global Legal and Technology team to develop more efficient ways to deliver their legal services via ongoing investment in technology including Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Stuart Bedford, Global Head of KPMG Legal Services, said:

“The arrival of such a strong and market known team (which we have ambitious plans to continue to build) led by Partners of the calibre of Rob, Paul and Pete has given us important market credible capability in the London/the UK which remains an important gateway for real estate into Europe and bolsters our circa 370 lawyer strong global real estate legal services team. As well as our proven ability to offer multi-disciplinary solutions to real estate clients, the significant KPMG investment in technology (particularly AI) is allowing the team to offer legal services to global real estate clients managing large portfolios in a more efficient way thereby delivering certainty and value as well as providing clients with AI tools they can use to navigate data held within legal documentation produced.”

Andy Pyle, Global and UK Head of Real Estate, said:

“We are really pleased with how our KPMG Law real estate team continues to go from strength to strength after successfully growing its team and delivering great results for our clients. The work that the team does is a great example of how our multi-disciplinary model here at KPMG provides an amazing array of services to all we support. We are excited to see the team further grow in 2026, especially with the new exciting advances the likes of AI can provide to assist current and new clients.”
