KPMG UK has appointed Neil Connor as the new head of its asset management practice.

KPMG UK has appointed Neil Connor as the new head of its asset management practice.

He replaces Ben Lucas who has left the firm to become CEO at an international asset management company.

Neil Connor is a Partner in KPMG UK’s financial services deals team, advising UK and global businesses on strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He has extensive experience within the asset management sector having worked in industry before joining KPMG over ten years ago. 

Karim Haji, EMA and UK head of financial services at KPMG, said: “I would like to congratulate Neil on his appointment and thank Ben for everything he has done for our asset management team which has been truly transformed under his leadership, having enjoyed double digit growth.
