Professional services firm, KPMG UK, has appointed James Holley as a Partner within its Deal Advisory practice.

James has re-joined the firm after spending five years with international quoted private equity and alternative asset management group, Bridgepoint, where he was Head of ESG (Environment, Social & Governance). Prior to this James was KPMG UK’s Head of Responsible Investment, and he brings with him over 20 years of ESG and Sustainability experience, both in an advisory and practitioner context. He also previously held roles at Deloitte and ERM.

In his new role at KPMG, James will be responsible for leading the ESG Transaction Advisory Services team and ESG Private Equity offering, with a focus on supporting clients across their investment lifecycle – from fundraising, to due diligence and ownership, through to exit.
