Maps of the Celtic Freeport tax sites published
On 15 October 2024, HMRC published the maps of the Celtic Freeport tax sites. These sites have been designated with effect from 26 November 2024. The tax incentives offered for include reliefs for land transaction tax, non-domestic rates relief, capital allowances and employer’s national insurance contributions.
