Wenceslao Serrano

Wenceslao leads a team of circa 15 individuals performing valuations of equity stakes in infrastructure assets for financial investors either for financial reporting purposes or in the context of transactions.

He is also an mergers and acquisitions (M&A) adviser to investors looking to sell stakes in Public Private Partnerships/Private finance initiative (PPP/PFI) asset in the UK and Europe.

Before his time in KPMG, Wenceslao worked in the infrastructure advisory team of PwC in London and Madrid, advising public sector entities and investors in tender processes of PPP/PFI projects in the UK and Spain.
