James is a director in KPMG’s International Tax team based in London, with over 15 years of experience working with multinational groups and advising them on their complex international tax issues.
He has a wealth of experience in advising clients on a wide range of cross-border issues including structuring and group reorganisations, intellectual property, financing and corporate migrations. A particular area of focus is advising clients on the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD’s) response to the challenges posed by the digitalisation of the economy (BEPS 2.0).
James advises clients across a number of different sectors but has a particular focus on the Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT). His clients include both UK and overseas parented groups
