Gordon leads our Customer, Operations and Infrastructure practice that brings together deep capability across customer experience, operational transformation, infrastructure investments and major programme delivery. He works with public and private sector leaders to design and deliver end to end transformations that improve outcomes for customers, citizens and users while strengthening organisational performance.
