Emily has 15 years of experience working in Employment Taxes and Payroll, specialising in advising clients on a broad range of Employment Tax and payroll issues from compliance and reporting to advisory and best practice. Emily currently leads KPMG’s Global Payroll Advisory team which supports clients with all aspects of payroll change from helping to fix compliance, controls and governance issues to designing payroll strategy and transforming payroll functions on a global basis. Emily has led payroll change projects across multiple industries, including Life Sciences, Retail, Technology and Energy and specialises in the Corporates sector.
