David is a Partner in KPMG Corporate Finance’s Financial Services M&A team and has experience of advising on a range of acquisitions, disposals, MBO/MBIs, valuations and complex restructuring transactions.

Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, David worked for AIG where he led various M&A and restructuring transactions across the EMEA region.

David primarily specialises in the insurance, pensions and wealth management sectors.
