Shelley Reader

As a senior member of the SPA Advisory team, Shelley provides deal support to a wide range of clients across a range of industries. She has extensive experience spanning 20 years of linking both diligence issues and deal objectives to the contractual calculation of the price in the SPA. Shelley also supports clients in financial due diligence (both buy and sell side), as well as providing broader vendor assistance which ensures she remains current as to market trends in the M&A space.

Her areas of expertise include: sale and purchase agreements, locked box and completion accounts advice, vendor assistance, transaction support, buy and sell side due diligence, business plan challenge, refinancing, working capital and cash flow reviews.
