Osama specialises in risk and control transformation programmes for large and complex organisations, with a strong track record in designing and managing transformation journeys across the people, process and technology lens in a regulated landscape. He leads the UK’s Financial controls transformation service and has helped several large Financial Times Stock Exchange (FTSE) 100 & Fortune 500 organisations develop and establish tailored target operating models to achieve sustainable financial controls compliance.
He has deep expertise of end to end Sarbanes-Oxley implementations; across business and information technology (IT) processes; specially during a change journey and works across the end to end controls landscape to enable clients to achieve their strategic and financial objectives.
