Nick leads the KPMG Law team, he joined KPMG in 2014 and has been the UK head since 2015 and sits on KPMG’s Global Legal Services leadership team. Prior to joining KPMG he spent over 15 years in large private practice law firms, progressing to become a partner in 2010.

Nick has extensive experience supporting clients with complex international business reorganisations, UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, equity incentives and joint ventures, working with large corporates, private enterprises, management teams, financial and private equity institutions and high net worth clients across a range of sectors. 

He is passionate about transforming the way in which the legal sector operates, from driving greater diversity and inclusion to supporting talented lawyers to find more entrepreneurial and innovative solutions to their client’s challenges.
