Tim leads our People Consulting services for the Banking and Financial Infrastructure sectors. He has a particular focus on helping clients lead through major change, in particular cultural change, and change in the context of mergers, acquisitions and disposals. Tim has also supported many clients to transform their HR Function, including HR Function operating model and organisation design, as well as HR systems implementation including Workday and HR ServiceNow. Tim has spent time working in senior line roles including leading the HR function for KPMG in the UK and across the EMEA region. He is a chartered occupational psychologist.
