- Leading the design and implementation of a new transfer pricing model for centralised IP ownership, including value chain analysis, valuation and exit charge analysis for a media business.
- Advising a listed technology company on their operating model design, including value chain analysis, preparation of transfer pricing documentation and financial modelling.
- Delivering the feasibility analysis and design of a centralised operating model for Swiss headquartered consumer goods business.
- Advising a pharmaceutical company on the transfer of IP, including a detailed ‘DEMPE’ functional analysis and economic IP wither analysis to support a future APA filing.
- Developing the transfer pricing and corporate tax analysis for the establishment of a centralised brand management hub by a large multinational consumer healthcare company.
- Leading the transfer pricing documentation and implementation of a new central entrepreneur model for a retailer, including negotiating an Advance Pricing Agreements with HMRC.
- Developing the transfer pricing analysis and documentation for the fixed line network model and centralised procurement of a multinational telecom company and assisting the company in defence of a multilateral audit.

- Erica has presented at external KPMG events and the annual IBC Transfer Pricing Minds event and published articles with KPMG and Bloomberg’s BNA on transfer pricing. She is also part of the working group leading KPMG’s Value Chain Analysis proposition, advising clients on how to align their business models with OECD BEPS transfer pricing actions.
