Tim leads KPMG’s Debt Advisory team and has worked for a large number of corporate, private equity backed and public sector clients providing strategic financing advice to support delivery of our clients’ growth agendas, in relation to:
- Undertaking financing option, capital structure and balance sheet reviews;
- Developing and executing financing strategies, including (re)financings, restructurings, leveraged buy outs and recapitalisations, asset based lending, structured finance and real estate transactions; and
- Managing key financing stakeholders including lenders, investors, credit rating agencies, credit insurers and pension trustees
Tim has advised borrowers across the spectrum of:
- Situational requirements: including acquisition funding, growth and investment funding, refinancing, managing changes of strategy or performance challenges, and/or accessing new markets or lender relationships
- Financing products: including arranging, amending or restructuring loans, bonds, asset-based facilities, lease structures, private placements, securitisation, property financings and ‘special situations’ transactions
- Sectors: including consumer, manufacturing, business services, healthcare, energy, infrastructure, media & technology, financial services, equipment / vehicle-based companies and real estate
