Sarah has been working in KPMG's transfer pricing group since 1998 and has had a particular focus on transfer pricing documentation project.
- Sarah advises clients on all aspects of the UK Transfer Pricing legislation, including devising, documenting, and implementing transfer pricing strategies. Sarah's primary areas of focus are transfer pricing risk management, which includes assisting clients implement their transfer pricing policies, meet compliance requirements through documentation and year end reviews, defend their transfer pricing policies before tax authorities, and obtain Advance Pricing Agreements.
- Sarah has been closely involved in interpreting the changes to the UK transfer pricing legislation and HMRC guidance over the years.
- Sarah spent three months working in the transfer pricing group in Johannesburg, South Africa. She has also spent three months on secondment with a client in the energy and natural resources sector.
