Ruth Morgan

Ruth leads our local government practice in the UK, working in and with local government and the broader public sector. This includes change programmes of every scale and increasingly involves working with partner organisations.

Ruth’s team provides support, challenge and innovation in the areas of: insight led performance improvement, connected customers, corporate services transformation, digital transformation, audit, tax, pensions and infrastructure.

Ruth was inspired to work with local government by her parents. They were foster carers as well as working for the local Council. Ruth’s graduate programme quickly led to her setting up new fostering schemes for looked-after children. Ruth is proud of her 15 years of experience supporting the public sector and values the impact it makes in people’s lives.
