Richard specialises in designing, documenting and implementing tax efficient transfer pricing policies for multinational companies. He has around fourteen years of consulting experience and specialises in economic analysis, valuation, and transfer pricing policy setting and audit defence / APA work. His clients span both financial services and non-financial services sectors.
Richard is an economist within KPMG transfer pricing. He has previously worked for HM Treasury as a member of the Government Economics Service and for a boutique economic consultancy firm, where he specialised in IP matters for a variety of purposes. He has contributed to various publications on transfer pricing related issues, including the BNA Transfer Pricing Journal and the International Tax Review.
Recently, Richard has been jointly leading the development of KPMG's Value Chain Analysis proposition and working extensively in performing transfer pricing risk assessments for clients across a number of sectors.
