Peter is a project delivery, commercial, assurance and construction expert, with 20 years’ experience in the delivery of complex, major projects across all sectors, coupled with significant Government Policy and Advisory experience.

Within KPMG’s MPA Procurement & Commercial Strategy team, Peter supports major programmes in developing their commercial and contract strategy, supply chain strategy and undertaking market engagement and testing.

More widely he advises on the strategies for major programme success, specifically focusing on project governance, assurance, risk management, project controls and programme management, contract compliance, KPIs and productivity metrics. He is highly-experienced in leading large multidisciplinary teams on complex projects.
