Paul leads KPMGs Employment Solutions team across the public sector and has over 15 years’ experience advising on a diverse range of employment matters including all aspects of PAYE and NIC compliance, National Minimum Wage, employment status as well as the application and operation of the Construction Industry Scheme.

He also advises on various aspects of employee reward and remuneration including the design, implementation, and ongoing compliance of diverse flexible benefit reward offerings, helping to tailor the employee value proposition and effectively communicate this to employees.

Paul’s specialism within the public sector means he also works with sector representative bodies to support their ongoing work and was recently recognised for this within Higher Education, being awarded with the Nigel Clothier Award from the British Universities Finance Directors Group for his contribution to University Tax.
