Natalie has 12 years of valuation experience focusing on commercial valuations, strategic option assessment and independent valuation opinions in the context of deals, restructurings and joint ventures.
She has provided high-profile valuation opinions to boards in the context of stressed / distressed transactions and restructurings, including transactions implemented via UK Schemes of Arrangement, Pre-packaged Administration, Chapter 11 and Liquidations.
Natalie is part of KPMG’s multidisciplinary Joint Venture team, providing live deal support on formations and dissolutions of Joint Ventures including financial modelling, relative valuation scenarios and alignment options to narrow the negotiation gap, valuation of synergies, advising on equalisation options and merger ratios.
She provided valuations opinions in the context of de-merger and complex shareholder buy-outs including interpretation of the relevant valuation clauses in the shareholder agreements, expert value determination and valuation support in shareholder disputes.
Natalie advises large corporate clients on accounting related valuations including Impairment Test Support and Purchase price Allocations. She has active roles in special committees and assists in monitoring investment portfolios for Private Equity and Asset Management funds including fund reporting, monitoring of asset realisations and presentations to the audit / investment committees.
