Farhaz advises clients on pricing and valuation in relation to M&A, restructurings, financial reporting, tax planning, and disputes.
He provides valuation advice and opinions to investors, boards and creditors in the context of proposed transactions and restructurings, as well as expert valuations in the context of shareholder disputes, litigation and arbitration. He has also provided valuations advice in the context of new investments and regular revaluations to investment and sovereign wealth funds, and to corporate clients in relation to M&A transactions and financial reporting, including the valuation of intangible assets and goodwill for purchase price allocation reporting.
Farhaz has extensive global experience, having worked on assignments across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia, and the Middle East, and also regularly presents to legal and finance professionals on valuation and deal pricing issues. His experience has covered a range of sectors, including automotive, advertising, aerospace & defence, broadcasting, B2B information, consumer goods & retail, industrial manufacturing, leisure & entertainment, media, professional services, and early stage and more established technology business, and has included the valuation of minority and controlling interests as well as interests in joint ventures and partnerships.
