Duncan has nearly 30 years of experience advising clients in the energy sector on a range of strategic, policy and regulatory issues, both in the UK and overseas.
He leads a multidisciplinary team of economists, accountants and regulatory experts as a Director in KPMG’s Energy & Natural Resources team within Forensic, Risk Consulting.
He has expertise across a range of issues within the energy sector, including leading major industry transformation programmes, advising on business planning, designing regulatory structures, and conducting regulatory and economic analysis.
Duncan works with business, regulators and government, advising on policy and strategy at both ministerial and board levels.
