Tim Kramer is an Associate Director in KPMG UK’s Special Situations Group with over five years of experience in advising private and public sector clients and their stakeholders on liquidity, turnaround and financial restructuring projects across Europe, Asia and the Americas. Tim has experience in supporting telecommunications companies to rapidly identify opportunities for performance improvement across profitability and cash & working capital. Tim has supported wired/wireless operators and satellite companies to identify operational improvement opportunities and areas of underperformance to support strategic reviews.
Outside of telecommunications, Tim has a wide range of experience in cash & working capital, economic profitability, non-performing loans management and independent business reviews in sectors such as banking, business services, consumer markets, energy, manufacturing, packaging, public sector & healthcare and retail.
