Partner leading both our finance transformation and corporate services transformation team in government, with over 20 years of experience of business case, design, build, implementation and optimisation of shared services and other corporate services transformation work.
Previously at Capgemini Melanie was first UK, then Global Shared Services Lead for the consultancy practise, working across a range of sectors and geographies, and writing numerous papers including “The Global Sourcing of Services” which was published in the Harvard Business Review.
Her experience spans both public and private sectors, ranging from short, sharp reviews of existing shared service centres to multi-year design and build programmes and covers national, regional and global territories.
