Jeremy is a Partner and leads Enterprise Transformation in the UK.

Jeremy provides advice to private equity, principal investment firms and blue chip corporate clients in all aspects of business and operations strategy, cost reduction, due diligence and upside valuation in a deal and non deal environment. He has worked in over 20 countries and specialises in leading transformational front to back office value improvement programmes across business and operating models, from strategy into execution.

Jeremy is also responsible globally for KPMG’s Enterprise Transformation and Value Optimisation service offering across corporate sectors. His real passion is in coaching Executive Leadership teams to realise the true potential value in their markets, organisations and operations. He delivers this by providing a respectful, evidenced based challenge using smart analytics and techniques such as zero basing, AI and digital enablement to find new sources of value, using execution experience to quickly deliver tangible results.
