Key pieces of work Russell has delivered include: lean management and continuous improvement, multiple Quality Governance due diligence reviews, clinical and quality due diligence for the takeover of a specialist orthopaedic hospital, financial strategy development for a major teaching hospital, clinical service reconfiguration modelling for a PCT and SHA, cost reduction projects.
