Will is KPMG’s UK and global sector lead for the leisure and hospitality sector and has over 30 years’ experience in the sector with over 20 of those years at KPMG.
He works across the many sub sectors of leisure including pubs and restaurants, gaming and Hotels. His clients include IHG Plc, Whitbread, TUI, easyJet, 888 and Just Eat.
He also works across the wider consumer and TMT sectors with clients such as Talk Talk, DMGT, M&S Plc and Imperial Brands.
He works closely with industry bodies such as UK Hospitality. He chairs KPMG’s bi-annual pub and restaurant, gaming, and hotel sector FD dinners as well co-creating KPMG’s Gibraltar e-gaming summit each year.
Before joining KPMG, Will was a National Account Controller at Anheuser-Busch Europe Ltd (AB), the world’s biggest brewer, working with brands such as Budweiser. Will managed a number of sectors including Specialists and Convenience, Cash & Carry, Carlsberg-Tetley and Mitchells and Butlers.
Will also worked on a large sales and operations planning project at Anheuser-Busch leading the sales input into the change management programme. In addition, during his time at AB, Will helped develop and deliver Account Management and Negotiation sales training programmes.
Prior to Anheuser-Busch Will worked in National Account Manager roles for Ross Young’s, a division of United Biscuits and for Master Foods, a division of Mars UK in the foodservice and pub retailing sectors.
