Victoria Heard

As Head of Tax and Legal Services, Vicki leads the firm’s thinking on the changing tax landscape and tax strategy. She was previously the head of KPMG’s Banking tax practise and has worked in corporate tax for almost 20 years.

Vicki has advised a large variety of financing transactions, including external and intra-group structured finance arrangements, bond issuances and IPOs. Vicki has worked closely with teams around the world, including in the US, to provide international tax advice and support to her multi-national clients.

She has advised on a large variety of banking and finance transactions, including tax due diligence, vendor due diligence, vendor assist and transaction structuring for UK deals. Vicki has significant experience of advising businesses in the financial services industry in respect of a number of class 1 and IPO transactions and leads relationships across all tax services with many of our clients across the banking sector.
