Steve’s career experience encompasses Audit, M&A, Transaction Services, Restructuring and Debt Advisory and he has worked on over 120 transactions globally. Steve was appointed UK Head of Family Business in October 2023, having been with KPMG for over 20 years.

His transaction experience across debt and equity markets includes raising and restructuring debt arrangements; IPO and Class 1 transactions; public-to-private transactions; private equity and corporate acquisitions; carve-outs and divestments.

More recently, Steve is one of a small number of full time dedicated client relationship partners across the UK who work with our key strategic accounts on a holistic basis. His client portfolio comprises large and mid-sized family businesses and private equity backed companies across the UK.
