Andrew is a partner in KPMG’s financial services practice focused on supporting banking clients in structuring and delivering their most complex operational change initiatives. He has led and advised on many large-scale operational transformational programmes. More recently he has built and led KPMG’s multi-disciplinary Operational Resilience team. Andrew started his career in Operational and Technology consulting before spending eight years at UBS Investment Bank where he led the CFO’s strategic change team to shape and deliver a global portfolio of regulatory and strategic change programmes including Basel II and SOX remediation.
