Richard is a Tax Director and leads KPMG’s tax advice to professional partnerships. His clients include UK and international law firms and other professional partnerships, as well as family offices and high net wealth individuals.

Richard has 20 years’ experience gained through supporting entrepreneurs, owners of private and family businesses as well as listed firms. He take a pragmatic approach to the tax issues professional firms face, sharing insight and best practice with regards to the changing tax environment and approach of HMRC. He is experienced with the significant life events a professional partnerships may face, including mergers, overseas expansion, the use of alternative business structures and sales of all or part of the business.
