I lead KPMG in the UK's award-winning ServiceNow practice and help some of the world's leading organisations make work a better experience for their colleagues, suppliers and customers. Our ServiceNow practice combines deep technical expertise with KPMG's years of experience in business process, customer experience and organisational change management consulting. We've encapsulated this knowledge in our KPMG Powered methodology, tools and assets to create a solution that helps our clients accelerate the achievement of their objectives. That's why we're ServiceNow's 2023 Global Transformation Partner of the Year. I've spent my entire career helping organisations transform their business operations using technology. I started my career journey at Accenture setting up IT and BPO outsourcing services in the UK and Australia. I then joined KPMG as a client-side sourcing advisor and led KPMG's Technology Sourcing practice helping our clients to maximise the value from their IT and BPO shared services. Today I'm privileged to lead KPMG's team of talented ServiceNow professionals and deliver digital solutions for our clients that transform the user experience, efficiency and effectiveness of their organisations.
