James Dearman is a strategy advisor, leading our engagements with central government clients such as MoJ, DWP, Defra and Home Office. James’ team focuses on the translation of policy into executable strategies and programmes. They also work on departmental reform, public service improvement, business cases and strategic procurement. Stand-out experiences include design of government interventions to address market failures, developing novel operating models (including nationalisation and in-housing), novel and complex business cases and programme structuring.
