Amanda is a Partner in the Merger and Acquisition Tax group. She has 14 years experience advising on tax matters across a range of tax specialisms, countries and sectors but has specialised in large and complex transactions for corporate, private equity and infrastructure funds for the past 5 years. Amanda has experience advising high profile international corporate groups, largely headquartered in the UK or US, on international reorganisations, mergers and demergers, joint ventures, acquisition / integration projects and separation / disposal projects.
Prior to joining the deal advisory tax group in 2015, Amanda spent two and half years with KPMG Thailand and Singapore’s International tax and legal teams, providing a broad range of regulatory, legal and tax services to large inbound and outbound multi-national and state backed businesses. She served as Tax Chair for the British Chamber of Commerce for Thailand and the ASEAN European Association of Business and Commerce; presenting regularly in public forums on local and international tax matters. Amanda was also KPMG’s tax contact for the British Embassy in Bangkok.

- UK Tax due diligence lead for US-UK public to public merger. (2020)
- Global Tax Lead for GSK-side due diligence, acquisition structuring and post close legal entity rationalisation and synergy planning for GSK and Pfizer’s Consumer Healthcare joint venture across 75 markets. (Full time GSK secondment 2019)
