Noeleen serves as Head of our Financial Services Consulting practice where she oversees more than 2,000 consultants who work with financial institutions on issues ranging from fraud prevention, payments transformation, climate stress testing, to digital transformation. She is the former Head of our UK Financial Services ESG team (which she established in 2020) and has previously served as Head of our UK Financial Services Risk and Regulatory Driven Transformation practice (now Financial Services Enterprise Risk).


Relevant experience

  • Noeleen specialises in driving large-scale capital markets and banking transformations, partnering with clients to lead radical front-to-back change from design through execution. She has worked with major financial institutions across the industry on their transformation agendas, helping to prevent regulatory censure and build capability to address risks in the market. Her recent experience includes:
    •  Leading transformational change in one of the largest UK banks to prevent regulatory censure and build capability to address urgent financial crime risks that were a pressing concern for the Board. This work required a multi-year transformation and a £1bn business case to build a bank-wide financial crime management utility.
    •  Leading transformation of the investment banking business of a European bank, and acting as a Programme Lead responsible for the design and build of a Greenfield Investment Bank.
    •  Leading development and execution of Consumer Remediation strategy for a major high street bank to save £8bn in redress fees.
    •  Managing delivery of large-scale regulatory and/or transformation changes (e.g., Brexit readiness, ringfencing, integration) for multiple financial institutions; this includes addressing location and structure – taking into account legal, regulatory, tax, capital, liquidity, accounting and employment law considerations.
  • More recently, her focus has been on the exciting and critical area of ESG strategy and implementation, with a focus on Human Rights.
