Amanda joined KPMG in 2018 and leads our value chain legal practice. She brings with her more than 23 years’ experience both as commercial lawyer and as a senior manager outside law leading strategic change projects and operational teams at Vodafone.

Having spent more than half of her career in industry, Amanda offers clients commercially insightful and highly pragmatic advice to identify and manage legal and contractual risks when undertaking significant changes to their business around the world. Her team specialise in advising on consumer law and product regulation, drafting and negotiating supply chain and technology procurement contracts and preparing intragroup agreements to support transfer pricing and other tax objectives.

Amanda is a published author on contract risk and is a regular presenter and panellist on supply chain related workshops and webinars.
