Mandeep Baura

Mandeep has worked across the Financial Services industry since joining KPMG in London in 2001. He has been a full-time specialist in Transaction Services since 2006 across acquisition and vendor due diligence as well as capital markets transactions.

Mandeep is focused on insurance as a Partner in our Financial Services Deal Advisory business and has a specialist interest in distribution. He has worked overseas within KPMG’s network and was based in Sydney from 2011 to 2017 where he led the due diligence of a number of complex cross-border transactions, across the life and non-life insurance sectors.

Prior to Mandeep’s secondment to Australia he developed significant sell-side experience in London, advising on the disposal of non-core assets in the banking industry.
