Ross has over 15 years’ experience operating throughout the asset lifecycle across large infrastructure and property owning and operating organisations. Ross has personally delivered major infrastructure programmes, led maintenance delivery and been responsible for operational teams. Ross specialises in leading and developing strategic programmes for effective and efficient management of infrastructure assets.

Ross’s experience includes developing the business plans and governance structures for major infrastructure programmes, building and delivering approaches to asset life extension and transforming how major asset portfolios are managed. 

Ross leads our Asset Management Advisory practice in the UK, specialising in independent assessment of organisational maturity, investment planning and organisational design.
