Roger provides risk and regulatory advice to banks and other financial institutions. Through his career, he has delivered advice on a wide range of risk management subjects and worked with a full spectrum of international and local banking clients.

Most recently he has worked with banks for a number of years to drive improved wholesale conduct, risk governance and behavioural change. In this area, he combines his knowledge of trading risk control frameworks and governance, with his experience of working with the Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities  (FICC) Markets Standards Board, to identify and manage repeat patterns of misconduct.
