Igor is a Director in KPMG UK’s financial services transfer pricing practice in London, with over twenty years’ experience advising financial services clients and more than fifteen years specialising in transfer pricing. He focuses on the asset management sector, working with traditional fund managers and alternative asset managers, including hedge funds, private equity, credit, real estate, renewables and infrastructure.
Igor specialises in financial transactions and treasury transfer pricing, advising on the debt–equity mix, intra‑group credit assessment and pricing, and the governance and remuneration of treasury and financing entities. He supports clients on complex intra‑group funding, cash pooling and guarantee arrangements, often in cross‑border, regulatory capital‑constrained environments.
Within asset management, Igor’s experience covers operating model and profit allocation design across fund, manager and portfolio company levels, as well as transfer pricing for management and performance fees, advisory and sub‑advisory arrangements and distribution models. He regularly works with private equity clients on deal‑related financing structures and integrating acquisitions into existing transfer pricing frameworks, and is an active market speaker on European transfer pricing developments and intra‑group debt pricing.
