Rod has worked with KPMG for over 30 years, the latter 25 of which have been in Corporate Finance working across the North of England. He has advised on well over 100 transactions including acquisitions, disposals, private equity fundraisings and re-financings. Rod advises Boards and Shareholders on strategic development opportunities and options for their businesses. In addition to leading KPMG Corporate Finance's North East business sectors, Rod has developed strong transaction expertise in Retail and Consumer, Oil & Gas services and Healthcare sectors where he operates as part of the firm's national M&A advisory team. Over the years, there are numerous examples of where Rod has added significant value to his clients in transactions.
